| The governance of Countrymark Cooperative and the management of its affairs are vested in the Board of Directors. The directors are nominated by the members of Countrymark Cooperative and elected to rotating three-year terms at the annual meeting of members. Five of the seven directors are assigned to a specific district, and two directors serve in an at-large capacity. Members of Countrymark Cooperative are assigned to districts based on the agricultural community and geographic convenience, and so the aggregate number of member votes in each District is approximately equal. | ||
