William D. Herrick of Greenwood, Ind., has joined CountryMark’s Senior Management Team as Director of Business Development.
In this executive level position, Herrick will spearhead the growth of CountryMark’s business beyond its current core operation as Indiana’s only American-owned oil refining and marketing company.
“We’re pleased to have Bill Herrick join our staff,” said CountryMark CEO Charlie Smith. “Bill brings tremendous experience and deep business relationships to this assignment.”
Over the past 30 years, Herrick has held numerous positions within the Indianapolis corporate banking community, including Merchants National Bank, Bank One (now J.P. Morgan Chase), Merrill Lynch and Regions Bank. For the past five years, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Manager of Corporate Banking at Regions Bank. He is past president of Gleaners Food Bank and has been involved with a number of local not-for-profit organizations.
Herrick holds BS Degrees in both Economics and Accounting from Millikin University. He and his wife, Lynn, have two sons, John and Jim.
