CountryMark recognizes six individuals with Distinguished Achievement Awards
CountryMark is proud to announce six individuals who were recently honored at CountryMark’s Annual Sales Awards Banquet for the organization’s top Distinguish Achievement Awards: Energy Sales Representative of the Year, Energy Department Manager of the Year, Energy Sales Specialist of the Year and Energy Support Representative of the Year.
“The Distinguished Achievement Awards recognize individuals that work in the CountryMark cooperative system and who have exhibited outstanding performance and leadership in the roles they serve,” said Jon Lantz, CountryMark Vice President of Marketing. “These dedicated individuals not only exhibit excellence in their daily work in the cooperative system, but also contribute to the communities they live in.”
Recipients were nominated by their member cooperative and were evaluated against a set of desirable criteria and traits. The criterion included, but was not limited to: professionalism, superior customer relations, leadership characteristics and the implementation of innovative ideas.

Johnny Tedder – Premier Energy
Energy Department Manager of the Year
Patty Denman – Ceres Solutions
Energy Sales Specialist of the Year
Doug Henderson – Co-Alliance
Energy Support Representative of the Year
Ray Stutzman – North Central Co-op
Additional recognition was given to CountryMark’s 14 member cooperative energy teams for their accomplishments this year. Special awards were given to SynEnergy Partners, AgBest and Ag Plus for achieving the highest percent increase in fuel sales in the past twelve months. SynEnergy Partners, North Central Co-op and Ceres Solutions were recognized for their overall liquid fuel sales. Ceres Solutions, North Central Co-op and SynEnergy Partners were recognized for their overall lubricant purchases and Union County Co-op, Laughery Valley Ag Co-op and SynEnergy Partners for their highest percentage increase in lubricant sales.
