CountryMark recognizes leadership program graduates

CountryMark is proud to announce 16 energy professionals within the CountryMark cooperative system who recently graduated from a two-year leadership and development training program. This eight-session training, also known as EDGE, is a leadership program designed and hosted by CountryMark to build skills and capabilities of energy professionals who work in a variety of capacities throughout Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Michigan.

Held in Indianapolis, EDGE participants received instruction and training led by industry professionals in areas of leadership, finance, talent management, price risk management, sales management and negotiation. Through lecture and small groups, program attendees learned about the importance of valuing people, taking action and serving as leaders, no matter what your position.

“Helping participants identify their strengths, establish personal goals and strengthen leadership skills leads to a well-rounded employee group within our cooperative system,” said Jon Lantz, CountryMark Vice President of Marketing. “At CountryMark, we want to help prepare the current and next generation of system-wide leaders. This allows us to provide a better customer experience and prepares us to meet the future needs of our companies and customers.”

CountryMark Fuels Power the Indiana State Fair
The 2018 Indiana State Fair will run from August 3-19 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis. During this 17-day fair, the tractor shuttles will be powered by CountryMark's Premium Dieselex-4, and the antique tractors will be powered by CountryMark PLUS gasoline. Both CountryMark fuel products are being delivered by Co-Alliance.
