How long should I wait to receive the new Division Orders? Answer: Allow four weeks for our company to process the changes and issue new Division Orders. 
Option 1 - If the deceased owner died without a Last Will and Testament, please provide: 
Option 2: If the deceased owner died without a Last Will and Testament the estate has been or will be admitted to Probate, please provide:  
  • Copy of Death Certificate (certified copy is preferred but not required)
  • Petition to Declare Heirship
  • Order Declaring Heirship
  • Letter of Office
Option 3: If the deceased owner died with a Last Will and Testament that has NOT been or will NOT be admitted to Probate, please provide: 
  • Copy of Death Certificate (certified copy is perferred but not required)
  • Last Will and Testament
  • Affidavit of Heirship and Solvency
Option 4: If the deceased owner died with a Last Will and Testament that has been or will be admitted to Probate, please provide:  
  • Copy of Death Certificate (certified copy is perferred but not required)
  • Petition to Admit Will to Probate
  • Order Admitting Will to Probate

CountryMark's Fueling Freedom raises over $63,000 for local military families
CountryMark's Fueling Freedom events on June 24 raised more than $63,000 to support local National Guard Family Readiness Groups and Unite Service Organizations. Across Indiana, Illinois and Ohio, 34 CountryMark-branded fueling stations participated in Fueling Freedom 2022. For every gallon of fuel pumped, CountryMark and local branded dealers agreed to donate 50 cents to organizations with a mission of supporting local military families.
