Total Analysis Program

CountryMark Total Analysis is a preventative maintenance tool that gives you an inside view of exactly what's going on inside an engine, transmission, gear box or hydraulic system. It tells you the condition of both the unit and the fluid without disassembly. Imagine being able to see the damage even extremely minute wear particles and debris can do to your equipment. Problems can be found before they become failures and less unscheduled downtime means increased reliability, productivity and profitability.

CountryMark Total Analysis shows you how regular sampling and TREND ANALYSIS -- monitoring test data over an extended period of time -- will provide the information you need to continually maximize asset reliability and ultimately, increase profits. Dirt, system debris, water and light fuels tend to separate from lubricants and coolants when system temperatures cool. Fluid analysis is most effective when samples are representative of typical operating conditions. For optimum results, consider the following best practices:
  • Identify appropriate sampling points
  • Sample units using the same sampling points each time.
  • Determine proper sampling intervals and monitor compliance with the Horizon Sample Frequency Report.
  • Identify and implement contamination control best practices.

Once your sample has been logged, you can track its progress through the laboratory at CountryMark Total Analysis. Your results are available almost immediately after sample processing is complete. The online data management software, HORIZON, will then show you how to get the most from your testing and analysis through Management Reports that allow you to affect change in your daily maintenance practices.

Small Refiner Exemption Protects Jobs without Destruction to Renewable Fuel Demand
As a farmer-owned cooperative, CountryMark serves as a strong advocate and state leader in the marketing of renewable fuels including ethanol and biodiesel blends. Due to disproportionate economic hardship, CountryMark applied for an exemption under the Environmental Protection Agency's Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS) for 2018 and has notified the EPA of its intent to sue because the EPA has not issued its determination within the timeframe required by law.

Oftentimes, it is difficult to sift through the clutter as to what is factual and what is a half-truth marketing claim set out to confuse or convince us into purchasing products or services we may not necessarily need.
