Board of Directors

The governance of Countrymark Cooperative Holding Corp. and the management of its affairs are vested in the Board of Directors.  Amended and Restated Bylaws were adopted in March 2021.  Based on total patronage transactions, the current Board is comprised of four member-appointed directors and one member-elected director.  The Directors serve in rotating three-year terms. The Board of Directors has appointed one independent Director that will serve at the pleasure of the Board.

CountryMark's Fueling Freedom raises over $63,000 for local military families
<p>CountryMark's Fueling Freedom events on June 24 raised more than $63,000 to support local National Guard Family Readiness Groups and Unite Service Organizations. Across Indiana, Illinois and Ohio, 34 CountryMark-branded fueling stations participated in Fueling Freedom 2022. For every gallon of fuel pumped, CountryMark and local branded dealers agreed to donate 50 cents to organizations with a mission of supporting local military families.&nbsp;</p>
