This September, CountryMark is inviting the Seymour community to make every gallon count through its Fueling Wishes fundraiser at the CountryMark fuel station located at 101 Community Drive in Seymour, Indiana. For every gallon of fuel sold during the month, 15 cents will be donated to local nonprofit, Indiana Wish. The proceeds raised will help grant the wish of Jaxson, an 11-year-old Seymour child battling leukemia.
The fundraiser provides customers with a simple way to support a local child and help create a meaningful experience for a family facing difficult circumstances.
The campaign is made possible through a partnership between CountryMark and member cooperative Premier Companies, the owner and operator of the CountryMark fuel station hosting the month-long fundraiser as well as nonprofit Indiana Wish.
“Jaxson’s message, ‘In this town, no one fights alone,’ reflects the strong sense of community that defines Seymour,” said Ben Hoene, CEO of Premier Companies. “Neighbors support neighbors and when one family faces a challenge, the community comes together. Fuel purchases made at any pump at the Seymour station count toward the fundraiser. Customers may also add to the total by placing donations in designated collection boxes inside the convenience store. Proceeds from the fuel purchases and in-store contributions will be provided to Indiana Wish in support of Jaxson’s wish.

The Seymour Fueling Wishes fundraiser represents the ninth wish fulfilled through CountryMark’s partnership with Indiana Wish.

Indiana Wish is a nonprofit organization dedicated to granting wishes to Indiana children between the ages of 3 and 18 who are battling life-threatening illnesses.
